My first VS mod, trying to learn things so this is my first go!
A mod that allows you to attach bones to stone-head shovels and hoes as handles so now you can have the ultimate stone-tier tool!
Todo:
- Add compatibility with Geology Additions and add support for quartzite, diorite and gabbro stone tools
- Add support for metal toolheads
- Change metal toolheads support into a config
- Create a modified metal tool model that has the receiving end of the tool bolted into the bone

Warning: in 1.20.6 - the stone shovels default to hand mining speeds because they need to have their mining speeds declared individually rather than grouped (or so chatgpt tells me).
This is how the vanilla shovel works too.
I changed the boneshovel json to declare each stone type, and now the mining speed works. I might even add the bone spear and bone+stick recipes while I'm at it.

Hi, thanks for this mod :) Can I ask why you haven't included spears? I would really like to have bone handles for my spears. If you're worried about the realism of a long-handle, then can I suggest a recipe of stick + bone + spearhead (thinking of it like the bone adds more durability to the connection between the stick and the spearhead).

Deleted the first v1.0.1 release and replaced with a fixed version, thank you for the heads-up!

Awesome mod, just out of curiosity what is that mod that you're using in the top left corner of your screen to get that info without going to the character screen?
