Scrap those used pickaxes, among other things, and put them to good use! Also overhauls the lamellae, ingots, plates etc. breaking down recipes to use both the chisel and the hammer. (Are you really just going to stab an ingot with the chisel? How in the world does that work?)

Amount of bits from salvaging tools now varies by edition:
- 4 bits for Unbroken Edition
- 10 bits for Blue Edition (THIS ONE)
- 18 bits for Pink Edition
Scrapping arrows yields 2 bits each now for Blue and Pink and 1 bit each for Unbroken.

Steel bit melting point changed to 1499 °C for use in the bloomery: 20 steel bits and a piece of coal make an ingot.
Another note: If something doesn't work, try using a chisel (and hammer) with more durability.

Disclaimer: The ‘Baby Blue’ and ‘Princess Pink’ editions are just lighthearted joke names for the more bountiful SalvagePlus variants - where scrapping used tools gives you more metal back, so your journey stays calm and easy. They still don't give the full 20 bits.
‘Unbroken Edition’ is in no way, shape or form a superior variant, or funnier, or more genuine. Anyone who tells you playing all games in hard mode is the way is probably compensating for something else. Play the game however you want, have fun, and stay foxy! :D
