This mod is my least focused so far as it is mainly designed to fill some gaps for my builds. It is split between having some creative exclusive features, and functional survival addtions

On the survival side two blocks are added:

The Hydraulic Rotor is based off the hydraulic actuators seen in the resonance archives, and is essentially a bulkier creative rotor requiring a hefty amount of jonas parts to craft each of its components needed to assemble the whole thing.

The Radiator is a passive heater that will warm players similarly to a campfire. Its just a smidge better then one and operates completely passively.

On the Creative side of this mod there is a handy new meta block and a full restoration of a certain setpiece seen in the Resonance Archives.

The new Divider meta block does exactly that, it divides rooms while not having any collision, selection, or graphics unless meta blocks are visible. You can use this to make rooms that have no doors for example but still count as interiors. Or to split up large rooms that are too big for interior calcuation, seamlessly split greenhouses, and countless other creative uses. Do note it is still a block that is present so you cant put other things on the same tile! (To toggle the visibility of Meta Blocks press ctrl + F4 in creative!)

The restored Jonas Steam Engine is composed out of a wide variety of pieces, it may or may not be a complete set as some parts such as the rusty pipes are not present among other things! Assemble the engine how you would the normal archives one, either in the same configuration or a different one, to get it moving place down the "engine controls" and right click it to turn it on. Similarly to the archive engine boiler the controls are GLOBAL, so all engine pieces across the entire world will be controlled by a controller.
(Also note that the engine is quieter compared to archives one!) (Pipe lamps can be rotated to be vertical with a wrench. They also glow regardless of the engine state.)

Compared to my other mods I wouldn't expect as much support, I may add more to this mod at or rework parts eventually.
(Maybe rebalancing the Hydraulic Rotor to run off Temporal Gears like a Riftward and tweaking its power output.)

For how much it cost the hydraulic rotor is very weak. With millwright it's way easier to just set up a half decent windmill in areas with average wind. It should not cost so much rare jonas parts if it's this weak, maybe just the metal materials but to use jonas parts on it is not really worth, unless you also install mods that allows you to make the parts.

I think the Hydraulic Rotor is very very weak, and so it is balanced, I required to use 40 of them to make a quern run through a stack of items in 8 seconds.
I really wish the restored Jonas Steam Engine was obtainable in survival and/or it would make it actually able to power axles. The vanilla one can be obtained in survival if you are playing with Better Ruins mod. Maybe a way to restore the parts of that one to make the one in this mod would be cool. Anyways, amazing mod, love the radiators.

No unfortunately not, the restored Jonas Steam Engine is purely a decoration thing, it can only be acquired through creative mode. The rotor block on the other hand does actually work to spin things and can be crafted in survival, but it is not actually related to the engine in any mechanical way.

Hello, does the restored Jonas Steam Engine do anything? So you have to repair the one in the archives and then retrieve it to get it?

Sadly not, the radiators operate just like campefires and what not, they dont impact crops to my knowledge.

question could i use a/ a bunch of radiors to heat up a greenhouse during winter?

Okay, this sounds awesome!

Annastasija The Hydraulic Rotor as mentioned works like the base game "Auto Rotor" which is normally Creative Mode only and not obtainable in survival. You can use it to operate devices that use mechanical power perpetually after constructing it by hooking things up to the spinny part on the front. Its costlier and more exotic to craft compared to a windmill but always reliable. (I may balance it more in the future but for now this is how it is.)

The restored Jonas Steam Engine has no actual function and thats also one of the varied reasons its not obtainable in survival like the original version. Its a very large and pretty setpiece, this one is on its own "network" so its much friendlier to integrate into a build or world without screwing with the current progress state of the Resonance Archive dungeon.

What exactly does the engine and rotor do?
