Enables the vanilla quiver that is currently inaccessible and adds a set of recipes for it. 

It functions as a backpack, and can hold:

• Bows
• Bowstaves
• Arrows
• Arrowheads
• Spears
• Spearheads
• Knives
• Feathers
• Sticks
• Bones
• Reed basket traps
• Fishing spears (if you have Primitive Survival)
• Metal Bits (if you have Smithing Plus - broken arrows drop them)

The quiver can be crafted from leather or any size raw hide, with larger hides taking fewer to craft. The recipes also adapt based on whether or not you have Butchering (in which case you use dry sinew, otherwise just flax fibers) or Tailor's Delight (in which case you use an awl; if you don't have it, you use a stick instead)

(I know there are other quiver mods out there - this was mostly because I am still playing 1.20 and wanted something that suited me.)
