MouseSwapper is a simple mod that swaps the left and right mouse buttons as well as their corresponding help tooltips and other such. It does not swap the mouse controls in chests or other UIs, just ingame and tooltips.

Lemurface that would work, but it also breaks GUIs allowing mouse inputs to pass through to blocks behind them.
To fix that issue you just need to add guards to the Postfix methods to return when ___InWorldMouseState is false for both mouse buttons. (This means the mouse click happened on a GUI)
Example:
Nexrem If you'd like to update this to 1.20+, it seems like all you need to do is rename the OnMouseDown method to OnMouseDownRaw. (This came up in Discord while someone was looking to fix this mod.)
