Discord user Tsunaba_Ki created patched re-uploads of all the dino mods for 1.21 in the Vintage Story Discord, but never uploaded them to the ModDB or turned them into a combined patch mod, since they were only designed for use on their server.

I tried to make a patch mod out of them for my server, but it didn't seem to be working as a patch, so reuploading the two mods we use was my last resort. 

This is one of those mods, containing the Therizino module. 

I will remove this mod if and when the mod author (who is apparently on hiatus from modding) requests that I take it down/updates officially!

I am doing this solely for my server's benefit, since people have wanted to update for over a month now but didn't want to lose their dinosaurs they've been breeding (plus we're a roleplay server, and the sudden disappearance of all the dinosaurs would be weird for everyone involved.) I have no plans to expand, improve, fix or otherwise do anything with this mod beyond this initial upload, nor do I plan to upload the patches that were made for the other dino mods my server doesn't use. Someone who wants them can do it themselves, since I'm already uncomfortable uploading these ones.
