Exactly what it says on the tin. Makes it so you can place stacks of bamboo stakes in a charcoal pit and light it. Produces charcoal in the same exact way and amount, and should be compatible with pretty much any mod that doesn't wholesale rewrite the JSON data for bamboo stakes - I added a line to the Bamboo Stakes file making it the Firewood class type.
Lmk if it introduces any weird behaviors 👍

I can look into that, yeah! It'll likely be a separate mod if I can easily do that.
edit: The game will let me do that and the charcoal pit lights. I had to add a class to an item that already has one, and I'm unsure what bugs that may introduce -- install at your own risk. I'll have that packaged up and posted shortly!
this is absolutely insane, because i was just complaining about this a week or two ago. could you expand this to also work for planks? it would be super useful, because if you have an excess of planks for whatever reason, you can burn them into charcoal.
