This mod is incomplete as of right now and has been uploaded to test on my own server.
Malefactor and Clockmaker's perks have been adjusted so far.
Malefactor gets to move faster (10%) and starve less (20%) and has penalties to wearing armor (25%) and mining (claustorphobia)
Clockmaker gets to make planks and wooden mechanical devices for cheaper. Has Kind instead of Nervous
I'll make a better description and add/tweak other negative and positive perks eventually
