Continuation of Amzd's Better Moisture

Farmland now has lowest percentages for moisture set to 100%, 80% and 60%. Vanilla is 75%, 50%, 25%. Values configurable.
- You can also change the value for 4+, which makes the farmland moist with that percentage regardless of distance to water everywhere. Note that the previous 1/2/3 ranges overwrite this.
Toggle water splash sounds for water blocks that have a farmland in 1 block radius

Tested for net8 1.21.0. Has ConfigLib support

Remove rain and drying logic: these were remnants of pre-fixes of the original mod. Base game dries out in 96 hours so plenty of time to water your crops, you monster. Stopgap version while i figure out why my transpiler doesn't bind

Thanks, KnewOne ! This mod fixed a weird bug where moisture was only absorbed by half the blocks surrounding a water block. It's good now.

Holy cow, thank you! I just finally ditched the old version a couple weeks ago after I confirmed it was no longer working, and I just randomly stumbled across this one now while checking for mod updates.
