PihkurKennu I use this mod for the metal pot! Metal Cooking Pots - Vintage Story Mod DB It's got crocks that hold 8 portions, but they require a soldering iron to seal. I love the pot, just never use the crocks because that feels really expensive to seal. If you manage a compatibility with this, I'll be thrilled!

Amenarae It's fine :D I'm having a few things going on in life as well, hence why it takes me so long to say anything, If you don't mind, throw the mod names at me, I want it to be compatible with any mod that adds crocks or changes them, I know i didn't need to do anything for the 4 -> 6 portion mod for it to work, but I'm not aware of any mod that adds the metal pots and metal crocks, If they can be sealed I'd like to make it compatible :)

@PihkurKennu Thinking about it now, as I have worked around some of my mods since then, I suspect I was not using this one properly. I think I misread the "sealing" part of sealing clay, and I also have a mod that increases the portion crocks can hold from 4 to 6 servings--and another mod that adds metal pots for large cooking portions and metal crocks that hold 8 servings. There could be any number of reasons it didn't work, but I think it was probably user error as I was dealing with covid at the time.

Amenarae I'm sorry to hear that, it seems to work fine on my end, are you using any other mods that edit crocks or sealing? Or does it not work with either of the mods that are supposed to be compatible? Sorry if it takes me a while to say or do anything, some stuff going on that makes me quite busy, but ill try to look into it and if i can't find anything I'll wait for you to say something :)

I only saw the jugs and crocks in the pewter mod and its addons, if i missed anything else or something doesn't work give me a shout, I often miss things while testing.

Loving the mod so far! Is there any chance you can add support for the crocks from  Pewter? It's a little annoying to hop into creative just to swap sealing clay for fat

Also the crocks should be compatible now, I don't really use clayworks because some of the things it adds I find make the game too easy for me, so if I missed anything else don't be afraid to yell!

PihkurKennu I can't tell if you're joking or not. :( I was trying to lighten the load for you. :) Yay! The bucket works! :) Bad news though, clayworks colored crocks still don't work with your crock seals. :(

PihkurKennu I just realized it would problely be much easier to ask the author of Clayworks to make your two mods compatible from THEIR end, since you have the smaller mod and they seem to already have experience with that sort of thing. I'll ask and let you know how it goes. :)

Flamestar I'm currently teaching myself how to do compatibility on a another mod, once I have the hang of it I'll get to work on that. :)

Do go gentle on me I pull long shifts and don't have a lot of time on week days.

I'm trying to use a clay bucket from the clayworks mod to make a big batch of sealing clay, but that bucket won't work in the recipe. Is there a way to fix that?
