Adds a command that will tell you the temporal stability of your current location in percentage change/second.
The command is /checktempstability with /checkstability and /chkstab as aliases
Note that stability doesn't naturally go above +0.25% per second
I was really surprised that I couldn't find something like this, since the game doesn't give any indication of how stable an area is besides how fast the gear turns
If anyone wants to use my code as a basis for another mod, feel free. Just keep in mind that it only checks location based stability, so things like rifts aren't accounted for.

Status Hud Continued has an UI element for this.
is it possible to make another version of this mod except it is an actual item that can be crafted?
Could there be some clientside version of this, I wonder? Regardless, super useful tool. I learned an entire stretch of land I decided to live in was spooky only when I tabbed out for too long. What a strange mechanic to exist without super meaningful ways to counteract it.
