"Arcanum* (Ar-KAY-num) Once known as Arcadia's Heart, a legendary, almost mythical realm whispered to be the origin point of beauty, knowledge,and perfect craftsmanship in the ancient world. It was said to be the balance of impossible perpetual motion machiens, self-sustaining ecosystem, and a library containing the secrets of the  cosmos, all powered by an unknown pure  -.. .- ...- . However, a cataclysmic event with fundamental scientific miscalculation struck the heart of Arcadia. The pristine mechanisms began to rust, the verdant landscapes withered and luminous engines dulled. over a mellennia passed over the onced-gleaming automatons and grand structures became choked with rust and corrosion. The Pure -.. .- ...- . didn't simply vanish but became corrupted, now manifesting as a slow -.. .- ...- .

The name was given to it by the few explorers who dared to venture into its crumbling borders in early epochs. They found not the vibrant utopia of legend, But a vast, Sprawling monument  to decay. Yet, within its rusty confines, Fragments of its former glory remain: Half-functional clockwork beasts that twitch with phantom life. Corroded data-crystals that hint at profund forgotten sciences, and structures so grand in their "ruin" they still inspire awe. Its a place where the "arcanum" (the secret knowledge and mystery) of its past is now inextricably bound with the "rust" of its present, offering tantalizing glimpses of what was, and terrifying warnings of what could be. Many believe that if the rust could be cleansed, or the originnal arcanum rediscovered, Arcadia's Heart might yet beat again" 

Elysian: The Consuming...

As the Eochaid turned, and "Arcanum" descended from its celestial perch into a ruin of rusted mechanisms and withered landscapes, a new, terrifying phenomenon began to bloom in the heavens. The very sky, once a canvas for the vibrant utopia of "Arcadia", became increasingly burdended by the pervasive  corruption. The "Temporal" plague, a virulent green sludge, and  the relentless adcanced of "Rust" that consumed all it touched, didn't merely mar the land; they began to seep into the fabric of the atmosphere

With every passing century, the celestial expanse grew denser, heavier, an impossible weight of corrupted matter. The Rust, no longer confined to metal and stone, began to permeate the air, Solidifying the ethereal into the tangible, then the unyielding. It was during the height of this epoch of decay, when the luminus engiens of Arcadia had long dulled to a mere flicker, that the sky itself, onced pristine and bundless reached a critical mass.

With a silent, agonizing implosion, the super-dense, rusted sky collapsed inward, tearing a gaping maw in the cosmic tapestry. What emerged was "Elysian" (Ee-LEE-shun), a searing tear in reality-a black hole born from the corruption of a dying world. It is a cosmic void, not mearely a celestial body, but a wound in existence, forever drawing in the vesiges of "Arcanum's" grandeur, its light, its knoledge, and its very essence. Explorers whisper at within its even horizon. the impossible laws of physics bend and shatter, remnants of Arcadia's advanced sciences flickering like dying stars before being consumed. Some belive it tirelessly pulls at the "Temporal" plague, though whether to clense it or merely absorb it remains a terrifying mystery. Elysian stands as a stark, celestial monument to a cataclysm that transcended the physical, turning beauty into an eternal devourer.
