Latest release (for Vintage Story 1.20.8 - 1.20.9 and 1.20.11 - 1.20.12, outdated):
NormiesTweaks_1.0.2.zip  1-click install

All of the changes have been separated into unique files for your convenience, feel free to change/delete them from the zip file.

NormiesTweaks.dll:

Temporal storms deal more damage linearly; the first storm will deal 80% of your temporal stability, and the longest will deal 160%.

arrows.json:

Steel and meteoric iron arrows now deal 3 and 2.5 damage respectively. Bronze to steel-tier arrows have had their break chance reduced

cheese.json:

Cheddar and blue cheese give more satiety, cheddar giving 600 and blue cheese giving 720 per slice. They also benefit from the 50% meal buff now

drifterbuff.json:

Drifters of every tier now have 100% knockback reduction to make them more threatening. Other rust creatures remain unchanged

fish.json:

Fish will always drop their meat now

longbow.json:

Longbows have a damage bonus of 8, but twice as slow draw time. This makes the bow much more useful for hunting, and gives your arrows more value. The recurve and simple bows remain unchanged as a quicker, close-range option

malefactor.json:

Changed the Malefactors's "Frail" negative to the "Claustrophobic" negative. Added "Persistant" as a long-term positive trait that decreases hunger rate by 30% and boosts healing by 25%

moosethatkillsyou.json:

Moose now have stats similar to brown bears, including drops. Health has increased to 64, movespeed while attacking is now 0.055. They now drop 20 redmeat instead of 13, huge hides, and large carcasses

rabbit.json:

The drop rate of small hides has been doubled from 0.5 to 1.0. This doesn't guarantee a small hide, but boosts the chance from low-weight creatures from 25% to 50%

rustcreaturedrops.json:

All rust creatures drop more rusty gears and flax. Flax drop rates scale linearly from 0.5 to 5, and rusty gear rates exponentially increase from 0.25 to 8. Special creatures that guarantee a temporal gear also guarantee a jonas part.

This file also incudes changes to temporal stability gained back from killing creatures:

surface: 0.05
deep: 0.10
tainted: 0.15
corrupt: 0.20
nightmare: 0.25
special: 1.0

scalearmor.json:

Scale armor no longer requires chainmail to make, and instead requires 16 scales for the body, 6 scales for the head, and 10 for the leggings. It also no longer requires chain to repair

tailor.json:

Removes the required tailor trait from sewing kits and tailored gambesons. This was made with Tetere's Class Tweaks in mind. Mod can be found here

Alright, thank you!

prototype464 Sorry about late reply, but go ahead, I'm just changing base game attributes ;). This mod will probably be abandoned anyways as I'm going to incorparate it into some of my future projects/separate them into their own standalone mods. Great mod by the way, I'll probably be adding it to my collection

Hello sir, may I please have your permission to steal the knockback reduction of rust creatures from this mod to put it into Temporal Symphony? One of the most offputting features of 1.20 for me were the knockback changes.

Thank you!

GreenDragonette You should be safe to ignore the warning, though this is an oversight on my part and I probably should've accounted for that. If you want to get rid of the warning you can just go in the modinfo.json file and change the type from "code" to "0"

Question: how do I remove the storm's temporal damage buff? I tried deleting the .dll file, but then while loading the world game throws out an error because this mod is proclaimed as "code" one and there's no .dll anymore? Do I just ignore the warning, or what else can I do? Anything else I want gone/modified I can easily do. Due to above, I'm hesitant to load this mod on not my throwaway worlds, and there are elements of it I'd really like to implement in my gameplay.
