I was using saturation because the wiki uses it too, atleast sometimes (in the nutrition section it uses saturation) Damage_Zedd
Vanilla uses satiety, as in to satiate your appetite. Saturation is something completely different. never mentioned in the game. (I like the mod, I just dont like the title lol)
Satiety
Meaning: The feeling of fullness after eating; how satisfied your appetite is.
Root: From satiate (to satisfy hunger or desire).
Example: High-protein meals increase satiety and help reduce overeating.
Saturation
Meaning: When something has absorbed as much as it possibly can, or is filled to capacity.
Root: From saturate (to soak or fill completely).
Example: The sponge reached water saturation and couldn’t hold any more.
In other contexts: air saturation with moisture, color saturation in images, market saturation in economics.

"saturation" is not the same as satiation
