Removed JSON patch which added a behavior to beds. Existing beds won't break and respawn points won't reset. The mod is now properly server-side only. It never did anything client-side, but now it won't be loaded by clients either.

Initial release! Only tested on 1.20.10, but .11 didn't change beds or relevant APIs.
Anyone tested to see if this still works in 1.21 yet?
I might just end up doing it myself tough, i was thinking of looking into vintage story modding 🤔
Lemurface hi! it might be out of the scope of this mod, but i have an idea for a new way of setting your spown point and want to share it:
with a knife in your hand, hold sneak right click to grind your temporal gear and consume the temporal bar to set a temporary single use spawn point in the point you stand
config should have options for:
i think it would be a neat way to set your spawn point in a more lore friendly way, can help a lot with travelling while keeping a more permanent base, and is fully configurable!
tell me what you think and if you are interested in adding it :)
Lemurface It was a wooden bed I put down about 10k from the start point outside the second story dungeon.
I tried removing the mod and using the "/serverconfig setspawnhere" command but it wouldnt work.
I reinstalled the mod and slept in a bed back at base and that seems to have fixed it.
I also have a bunch of mods installed fyi but none affect spawn iirc.
Thanks for letting me know AnaLoGMunKy.
Did you get the message "Respawn point lost." when the bed was broken? Which bed was it?
Im having an issue where my respawn is not resetting to default when I break the bed I used to set my spawn.
Wahazar Yeah, that's probably coming in the next update. (Now available in 1.2.0+)
Is it possible to have option "one bed one player" - if bed is already used as a spawn point, another player can't use it (unless first player redefined his spawn point to another place)
