Removes the new face expressions addition options for any Seraph mods that only replace the ones before the 1.21.0 update. 

This is my first foray into making a json edit for this game but it's a very simple one.

HOWEVER, this will probably conflict with Player Model lib since I believe that mod adds it's own Seraph files. I'm personally using this for Seraph Face Overhaul (in screenshot) which also conflicts with Player Model lib, so this mod is a pretty specific niche use case. Just figured I'd upload it in case anyone else needed this!

I've set this to serverside and clientside requirement because I'm scared of breaking things, please lemme know if I don't have to lol
