While the mod does mostly work in 1.21.5, I'm not sure the rust being mostly transparent is intentional.
You can see it in the dark, but when against a bright background it basically disappears, save for a bunch of pixels.

Pervy_Sage It changes the Gear render to drain Radially, like in the picture, instead of from top to bottom, and the extra rust details I think. Still works on 1.21.0 RC 7
It would be nice if the discription told us what the mod does. I'm assuming that the temporal gear on the HUD turns rust color (and drains differently) as your temportal stability goes down?
