Adds the ability to craft hunter backpacks from pelt only, twice the ammount to compensate for lost fur while making bucles and assorted strips.

For balance and for lore the recipe calls for 2 pelts on each slot to account for loss of pelt while making buckles, straps and flaps.

Wil be compatible with any version until they change something about the backpacks, otherwise even with alert on mod page ingame the mod will work.
