Latest release (for Vintage Story 1.20.12, outdated):
motifa's Face Rework V1.0.2.zip
1-click install
This mod aims to add "human-like" eyes to the Seraphs, changing all ten expressions.
This also works alongside mods that change skin color!
Should also work on other game versions.
(Nat's Human Skin Colors pictured in last screenshot)
^ In the Files tab, there is my tweak to Nateonus' texture that adds compatibilty between this mod and theirs.
Since this is my first mod, please let me know what issues and suggestions you have!

True, Playermodel lib replaces vanilla eyes with its own version of eyes, and this mod doesnt seem to overwritte it so the eyes from this mod are NOT visible when player model lib is active
this mod is incompatible with Maltiez's Player Model lib
Fixed it!! looks great!
So just to be clear, you're not using my tweaks to Nat's Human Skin Colors in the Files tab with the newest version of the face rework?
I'm using Nat's and ive tried both your newest version of this mod plus the 1.0.1 version.
wXMaddogXw Which exact skin tone mod are you using? I could make a patch if need be.
When I enable the mod it turns the whites of the eyes brown no white. Any fix for this I am also using human skin tones.
Is this compatible with female Seraphs!
@Motifa yes works now, cheers
So glad you did this. This is based on some of the NPCs, right? I've been wanting someone to do this for a while lol
OK, thanks for the clarification. These details make such a big difference. Thank you!
@GheistWulf New update is out that should hopefully resolve your issue. Let me know if it did!
@Echoweaver I (minimally) tweaked each expression to make some personal changes, but I made sure to stay as close as I could to vanilla!
Just wanted to clarify -- this adds whites/scelera to eyes but changes nothing else about faces/expressions? (That's what I'd want it to do, to be clear 😉)
Hi, is it compatable with "Human-like skins for Seraphs" by Yew?
I'm thinking not quite, face expresions are there but can't see the whites of the eyes, ...yes i'm close enough lol.
