Adds a mob spawner that players can see and destroy. Acts exactly the same as a meta spawner otherwise.
Originally intended for another mod I'm working on that adds more structures to the worldgen with enemy spawns that players can raid. It would be great to see others make similar mods utilizing this spawner.

I haven't checked, but it spawns anything that the vanilla meta spawner can.
Can this spawn garden mobs like butterflies, birds, and bees?
