PetAI v3.2.0 includes this mod as a config! Now it's useless, just enable that config 🎊 Love you Gerste
Maybe it's only me but... I'm tired of hitting my pets when I'm fighting or when they teleport/cross in front of me because they start attacking among themselves killing themselves.
To fix that I've created this simple tweak that make pets immune to player attacks(including the owner hits) so they don't rage among each other making the combat with more than one pet possible.
Also if you whistle the attack order to a pet it'll ignore that order ^^
Your pets still have hitbox so you'll hit them but they'll not recive any damage and they'll not rage each other.

This mod needs Pet AI to work!
To make this mod work you've to change "pvpOff" to true in petai config file.

As petition of a user, now if pvpOff is true, if you whistle the attack order to another pet it'll ignore that order so you don't wisthle to attack your pets unintentionally ^^ | |||||||

PetAI changed completely. There is no EntityPet class anymore for example.
I've been checking the new code and it looks like Gerste added a check to ignore pet damage if this one comes from the owner but I've not tested it yet.
I'll check it out and try to update this mod if it's not implemented on the main mod but now it's probably useless.

I was tired of killing my pets or starting a World War Pet trying to kill an animal.
You are a godsend, tested the mod and it works like a charm! Been dealing with my pets killing each other for days now, not anymore hahah! Thanks a lot for the mod ^^

you're right, but when I whistle to target some mob, sometimes I target my pets

If you use the wistle you'll make pets do something, if you don't do it, they'll not do anything right?
this is what I wanted! and can you add immunity to whistling aimed at pets?

Oh thanks for explaining, I was worried cuz I still 'hit' my dog; but you're right, I didn't see any health loss, thanks for this mod!!
Hahahah, I have 4 dogs and it was a pain to hit them all the time. With this mod you'll hit them(they still have hitbox) but they'll recive no damage and they'll not rage each others.
