I don't see it as a "threat" but yes, if you break rule X then Z happens. Moderators are expected to enforce the rules.
Maybe I should mention: we've had some very rebellious mod authors recently. We might seem more harsh now, after getting tired of them. We're not specifically attacking you.

These terms of Use are linked at the bottom of this site. Relevant excerpt:
A mod must have an English description, but may also have additional descriptions in other languages.
A mod must have a clear explanation of its function in the English description.
Mods that do not comply will be un-published (Drafted) until fixed. Rebellious mod authors will receive 1 official Warning before a 30-day ban. The next infraction (for any rule) gets a 1-year ban.
"It's a patch" is not clear enough. Doesn't matter if the mod is intended for private servers.
You can use google translate to talk to me if you want. What i'm saying is to give the mod a proper description.To describe what it does.
