Adds a balanced recipe for smithing two metal parts from two cupronickel ingots.
Smithing is reversible by pulverizing metal parts and smelting into ingots (vanilla behavior).
Note: cupronickel requires coke to reach smelting temperature.

wanted to ask- when you sayt its reversible, do you mean you can scrap metal parts to get metal back, or purely that you can scrap partly-made parts?
