Again changed the modinfo.json, hopefully working? Also sorry for the wait!! Got married hehe :) | |||||||
Sorry all, I'm very busy. Hopefully I can update it soon!
Minaray Oh- Good Idea!! I'll look into it :D
Is it just peat and oak? Feel free to DM me or let me know here what exactly you would suggest I add/change :)
A simillar mod for hotter reagion would be very cool ! especially for peat and oaks which don't spawn in deserts.
mayonnaise Sure! Will look into it!
would you be able to add horsetail to colder regions? it'd be nice to have in my world with Very Cold temps!
It seems to be working perfectly now! Thank you!
HzlLore Just changed it, hoping it all works now! Thank you for letting me know, for some odd reason it didn't like the "content mod" label previously so crossing my fingers hoping this works out now :D
Had to manually change it to content mod from code to work without errors, but after I did it works perfectly
1stSlug Believe me I want to, but it was hard coded with a different code than i am currently able to work with. I will ask some other modders what can be done and try to accomodate!
Mattais I will look into it!

Would it be possible to make it so that 'tamed' bees will produce honey in slightly lower temps to compliment this mod? I've just found out that any temp below I think 10C and the lazy buggers won't even leave their hive, which isn't ideal as I built on an amazing vista, but as it's high up, it's about 8-9C mid spring. 😅
I was also throwing that error on my end as well. the error is below:
"[Error] [colderresources] An exception was thrown when trying to load assembly:"
"[Error] [colderresources] Exception: declared as code mod, but there are no .dll files that contain at least one ModSystem or has a ModInfo attribute at Vintagestory.Common.ModContainer.LoadAssembly(ModCompilationContext compilationContext, ModAssemblyLoader loader) in VintagestoryLib\Common\API\ModContainer.cs:line 481"
On my end, I've manually chaged the mod type from 'code' to 'content' and it seems to have stopped the above error being thrown each load.
kestrelcrow I believe I had the latest, as I just downloaded 5 minutes before commenting.
Mattais Very strange, are you downloading the most recent version? I'm sure i fixed that :0
kestrelcrow , It is still giving out the error for "missing modinfo.json" despite I can see it in the folder.... Any tips?
I believe it has something to do within the json file. Most of my other mods use:
"type": "code",
where your's uses:
"type": "content".
kestrelcrow nice! I think this will compliment my new Nomad Cookbook mod very well! I'll have to try this one.
Ah, silly mistake on my part! It should be fixed in a moment all :)
SilentRiot Cuiwi
Edit: Yup! Should be working. Thanks for letting me know :D
Getting the same error as Cuiwi, unfortunately. Which is odd as I can clearly see the modinfo.json in the folder. Shame too, desperately want to make a colder world but the total lack of resources in vanilla always stopped me.
Eager to try this mod, but I get an error message saying there's no modinfo.json?
Guedez
Do eet!
Well, I guess this makes snow ball earth mode viable...
But I won't start over yet again... certainly not...
Claiming first comment, congrats on the mod!
