It’s not working quite correctly: all items that were on the ground at the moment the mod was installed remain in the world permanently and there’s no way to remove them. Even the /entity remove e[type=item] command doesn’t remove them.

Still works in 1.21!!!

Please, consider changing the modid to follow the specs :
Must only contain lowercase letters and numbers. No special chars, whitespaces, uppercase letters, etc. allowed

by removing the uppercase in the modid like this:

Works on 1.19.7 but stacking happens after 3-4 seconds after items got dropped on ground
