Regardless of upload shock, upon direct conversation with GlooMeGlo in private the mod is authorized to persist, once more apologies for the confusions! I genuinely thought it was under the same permissive claim as the other mod that I thought it stemmed from and in my rush didnt do as thorough of a check or confirm.
I'll look into writing up a proper description of the highlight differences when I have the time, given this mod isnt really meant to be a major addition to my roster it may be a small while till thats done, apologies for the inconvience.

GlooMeGlo I appreciate your follow up edit, and my apologies as well. I didn’t mean to step on your toes, this fork is a rushed (hence why it lacks even a proper mod page so far mentioning its changes) compatibility rework for a server mod list I've hastily been assembling for friends, not an attempt to compete or take away from your mod. A lot of the changes are VERY reductive, largely to work around not touching features because other mods will be overhauling them (Like for example I actually removed locust repair entirely because our server runs your Repairable Locust my mod instead, and all direct touches to crops that weren't the vanilla game wild stat are gone too to list off a few things),
We should have asked you first, but things have been hectic. I also assumed (wrongly) that since the mod drew on Division of Labor it wouldn’t cause issues if forked. In fact, I was originally planning to fork and update Division of Labor until a friend pointed me to your mod, and I fell in love with so many of its features!
So just a preface I do think its far off enough to warrant a fork because it really removes and rebalances things more so than it adds, in ways I suspect would not fit with the design ethos of the greater whole. I haven't setup something like a github and my apologies for that my compilation environment is usally a mess. Even then there are few code changes (some tweaks to artisan clay forming, and the cooking pots are reworked to be like the AoC mod ones)
greatly appreciate you forking my mod without my permission or even asking me. wonderful as always. If you have ideas or things you'd like to change, maybe communicate like I've asked on my mod page. Or, help development with minor/major changes you'd like to contribute. Or, if you truly think it warrants a fork because it's so far off from my mod, just ask. chances are, I'll say yes. so long as you ask beforehand.
Edit: Also, sorry for the passive aggressive message, my friend sent me this fork while I was working in the heat, dealing with some bs and I wasn't being quite courteous. I apologise.
