Allows players to buy claim blocks and extra areas using money
For server usage only, as the coins cannot be crafted

Very simple edit from the original mod [edited for usage on my private server]
instead of Rusty Gears, it now uses Silver Coins from the mod Coinz

Therefor, Coinz is required as a dependency or it will not work

Little note: I do not know how to had function to a config file for it to be changed
else i'd have add a line to specify what people want to use as currency
