What tier is a Titanium Shield? It doesn't display.

Trungad I'm only commenting because I've never heard the term chocolate before and I think it's hilarious, but there's vanilla and chocolate, if vanilla is unmodded then chocolate is modded. In this case, he's referring to having the combat overhaul mod.
