Some appeals:

Plain black tricorns with no trim.

Black, blue, and grey trousers/breeches/waistcoats. 

Perhaps then some different bearskin hat textures, single-sided epaulets, and more jackets for the Fr*nch/Spanish factions... I have big ideas for this mod.

Hello ChiliKing. I think in the recipes .json's  "head" both and lowerbody are some issues whit "to much " , , " and missing "". by the recipes much recipes does not shown up 
v 1.2.1.

1.21.1 doesn't work sadly, wont show up on the creative list.

Weeder76 The_Demon_Hunter When updating from version 1.1.0 to 1.2.0, a few of the old clothing items may appear as black squares. This is because those items were given additional color options in the update.
To fix this, you can either replace the old clothing item with one of the updated variants in creative, or downgrade to the version you had previously.

Otherwise if it is something other than just the waistcoat, crossbelt, and potentially the breeches becoming black squares, please let me know.

Thanks for the green rangers uniform. I'm not familiar with the time period of the uniforms thus I'm probably wrong here, but they seem too bright? The ones I found on google seem to have bit a blue hue to it I dunno.
Sick mod either way, will keep watching it.

Comeaves I added the queens rangers which is somewhat similar, hopefully thats what you were looking for. I will likely add something closer when i add cavalry uniforms.

Also maybe a Hessian, Green Mountain boys, and Native American dress of some sort? (dont have to be super detailed or nothing)

Idk if it would help but Overhaul Lib updated recently and adds a BUNCH of base functionality that was only previously in Combat Overhaul, namely tons of slots for different pieces of clothing, if you were looking to diversify even further/not have to make custom models for each individual varient you were looking for

this is clearly the best clothes mod yet, never saw a better one in VS history. I wonder if you plan on adding civillian clothes from the 1700s/1800s in a different mod. You already have all the shapes required here, frock coats and waistcoats. So it'd be a matter of recoloring, simplifying and adding a few tie variants I think.
