  • Fixed oversight where it doesn't close window when there is no loot
  • Added some handling for weird edge case where you can open the inventory a second time before client realizes the entity has been removed

Daeagar, It's supposed to close immediatly but I remember having to add a fallback (which takes a bit longer) to that due an issue I ran into with base game code. Would probably have to turn it into a server side mod if I wanted to fix that which I'd like to avoid if possible.

Thanks for the mod, it makes looting a lot easier. A small suggestion for improvement: When the loot pool is empty, it would be nice if the window closed immediately. I think it might have been like that before.

Rythillian, thanks for the feedback.

This mod essentially triggers shift click operations (so I can keep it client side) and apperently this prioritizes hotbar if you don't have your inventory open (which I never noticed, because I never tested with my own inventory closed 😅)

Should be fixed in latest version.

Really neat mod, wish it wouldn't put the loot on the hotbar instead of stacking to the inventory

(It's a remake not an update and I felt that creating commands to edit a config file was unnecessary)

Any way to toggle the autoloot chat logs and/or sound effects like in the original? Tried the .autoloot commands, but those don't work.

Tsukasa, those 2 issues should be fixed as of v1.0.2 (though you might have to increase CheckDubbleWindowOpenIntervalInMs to a value higher then 250 in config depending on the quality of your connection to the server)

TheInsanityGod, tyvm for answer, yes I check that out, it seens that it actually grab all the items but for weird reason the body gui reopen after it does, so the body stay there until manually close it, the other thing it's that if there no loot, the gui stays open, thanks for having up to day this mod

Tsukasa, please check if:

  1. You have inventory space (it can't collect items if you have no inventory space)
  2. That you actually installed this mod and not the original
  3. That there are no Errors/Warnings in the log file (also do send them to me if there are)

This mod does indeed not close the window if there is nothing to loot (cause this is set to happen after looting), this is an oversight on my part (i'll get to fixing it)

I have received your crash log file, however it only mentions 'autoloot@1.0.1', which is the original mod (which is known to have an issue with boats). To fix this, please remove the original mod and install my mod instead 😑

Hmm I made this mod ignore any inventory that is not "harvestableContents" so it shouldn't touch boats...

 

Could you send me the log file (this should contain one or more errors/warnings)? the logs can be found at '%appdata%\VintagestoryData\Logs' (the important one being server-main.log)

Mardoock, it does what the title suggests 'auto loot' as in you try to loot an animal and this loots it for you.
(so you skin an animal and then this mod takes everything out and closes GUI)
